Return and Refund Policy

At Sicilian Craft, every piece is carefully selected and prepared with attention to detail. We want you to be fully satisfied with your order.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@siciliancraft.it 

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards, if available, are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item, if eligible, and placing a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
