At Sicilian Craft, every order is carefully prepared and shipped from Italy with attention to detail.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States, Italy, the European Union, and selected international destinations.
Shipping Method
We offer Free Tracked Shipping on eligible orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States:
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Italy:
Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
European Union:
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World:
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs controls, postal delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Sicilian Craft is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Sicilian Craft is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
However, once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
support@siciliancraft.it
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
